No Bake Peanut Butter Balls Recipe

As far back as I can remember, my mom has been whipping up these delicious Peanut Butter Balls.

They have always been my favorite cookies on the plate.

I love the mix of peanut butter and chocolate in any way, but when crushed graham crackers are added to the peanut butter, it takes it to a whole new level.

They are incredibly easy to prepare! You only need five ingredients and there’s no need to use an oven!

Simply mix together the peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and butter in a bowl. Then, shape the mixture into small balls.

Let the mixture chill until it becomes firm, and then dip the balls into melted chocolate.

It couldn’t be easier! Plus, it frees up extra oven space during cookie season. Merry Christmas to everyone!

Description

These simple and clear 5-ingredient Peanut Butter Balls require no baking and are perfect when your oven is busy.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup crushed graham crackers
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup butter softened (1/2 stick)
  • 8 ounces semisweet baking chocolate

Instructions

  1. In a big bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and butter. Mix until everything is well combined and smooth.
  2. Roll the mixture into small teaspoon-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. To melt the chocolate, you can either use a double-boiler method by placing the chocolate in a bowl over a pot of simmering water, or melt it in the microwave at 50% power in 30-second intervals, stirring well after each interval. Once the chocolate is melted, use two spoons to dip the peanut butter balls into the chocolate and transfer them onto the prepared baking sheet. Allow the chocolate to set by refrigerating for at least 30 minutes.
