This Healthy Love Dip is a recreation from our favorite dip at Central Market. It’s made with healthier ingredients and is great for snacking!

This is my first ever attempt at a Fourth of July recipe. And in true style for cookout season, I’m presenting a dip! Like I’ve done for recipes the last couple weeks with hummus and basil spread… What can I say? We like dips. Cause when I dip, you dip, we dip!
Yea that was cheesy. This dip is not though. Unless cream cheese counts?

Today we have another recipe recreation. Ya see, all these places have all these fancy and delicious dips. But their healthiness is a little in question, especially considering the amounts of said dips we probably eat in an afternoon. So of course I made it my mission to recreate them myself to ensure healthier, fresh ingredients!

So I mentioned I was attempting a Fourth of July dish… I was thinking a healthy love dip is perfect because it has tomatoes in it (red) and it could be served with cauliflower and radishes (white) and blue corn tortilla chips (blue). But looking at my pictures it’s more orange, cream and purple than anything so it doesn’t feel quite as patriotic as it did in my head. It’s actually probably better suited for Halloween, so we’ll have to remember that when October rolls around.
For now, let’s forget about it and take our carrot and tortilla chips for a spin!
