This healthy crockpot buffalo chicken dip recipe makes the perfect snack to feature at your next party! Serve it with your favorite chips and veggies.

When someone tells you, ‘This dip is so good, I could eat it with a spoon. Like soup. Or, as a sandwich. That’d be good too.’ —you know you have a winning recipe.
While I wouldn’t shame anyone who actually did—I’d recommend eating this with celery over a spoon. Because it’s delicious, and then you’re at least getting a vegetable, too! (And if you believe that whole celery burns calories thing, that too.)
Every football party needs to have at least one amazing dip at the snack table. It’s an unwritten rule. A dip that people want to use to coat their veggies, crackers, chips, fingers and spoons. This healthy crockpot buffalo chicken dip meets all those requirements.
And it will help you forget your sorrows if your team loses. Not that I’m speaking of experience, or anything.

As always, with my spicy recipes, you may want to take your own spice palate into consideration. Y’all know how I feel about Sriracha, and super spicy food in general. (If you don’t know, I’m basically a wimp.) The recipe below is definitely on the ‘low end’ of the spice scale. It was spicy to me, but for the I-drench-my-food-in-hot-sauce kinda people, you might wanna add another 2-3 tablespoons of Sriracha to your slow cooker. Not saying you should—this is more of a disclaimer for those with a wilder sense of taste. Ya feel me?
If you’re hosting a Super Bowl party this year, I highly encourage this chicken dip be your main snacking event! Add it to a tray with your favorite veggies (and celery! Do it!), chips, pretzels or crackers. I added my fresh basil dip to the selection, too.
I don’t suggest adding spoons, because it probably won’t last as long. But don’t worry, this recipe makes a lot of dip. You’ll need it.
